6 med. potatoes peeled and diced
2 T. butter
2 med. carrots diced
1/4 c. chopped onion 2 T. flour
1 quart milk
2 T. parsley
1 T. salt
1/2 t. seasoning salt
1/4 t. accent
1 chicken bouillon cube (dissolve in 1/2 c hot water)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in water until tender, drain water and mash. Melt butter and add carrots, and onions, cook until tender and remove from butter. Add flour to butter and blend, stir in milk, chicken broth(from chicken bouillon cube) and cook until thickened. Add potatoes, onions, and carrots and seasonings to milk mixture and heat until hot and serve.
