1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Clove of Garlic
2 TBS Parsley, chopped
1 TBS Basil, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 large can Crushed Tomatoes
12 oz. Tomatoe Paste
2 cups Ricotta Cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese
1 lb. Lasagna Noodles, partially cooked
Additional Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook meat, add spices, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer.

Combine the Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Eggs, and Salt and Pepper. Mix together.

Assemble by first layering a small amount of sauce in bottom of pan, followed by Lasagna Noodles, Ricotta Cheese filling and Mozzarella. Continue until all components have been used up, ending with a layer of Mozzarella Cheese on top.

Bake in a 350º oven for about 45 minutes, until completely cooked.
