90 g bag Hickory Sticks ( Crush well)
2 slices of toasted bread crumbs ( or you can used boxed , between 1 & 2 cups- crushed well)
1/4 - 1/2 cup of flour
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp of Curry spice
2 tsp of bbq chicken spice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 3-4 medium size boneless , skinless chicken breasts until cooked through. Once chicken is boiled and cooled , slice into strips

Throw all spices ,crushed bread crumbs, crushed hickory sticks and four into a bag .

Grab a bowl and crack 2 eggs ( I added a little cold water and a little vinegar).

Heat up a fry pan with about 2 Tabs or so of cooking oil , heat oil and pan first ..

Dip chicken in egg mix, then throw strips in bag of hickory mix (do 4 or 5 chicken strips at a time, pat the hickory mix onto the chicken strips very well).
Cook until golden brown and crispy ...
