1 (8 oz) sour cream
1/4 c lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire saude
2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp papper
5 whole chicken breasts, split
Breadcrumbs
1/2 c melted butter
1/4 c melted shortening.

Directions:

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic & pepper; blend well. Coat chicken with sour cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours. Remove chicken from frige and coat with breadcrumbs. Place in a single layer in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Combine butter and shortening, pour half of mixture over chicken. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Pour remainder of butter mixture over chicken and contine to bake 15 minutes.

Very good and easy to prepare - however I think it is a little bit oily, so I cut back on butter and shortening.
