4 medium-size tomatoes
Dijon-style mustard
Ground pepper
Cayenne pepper (if you like them hot)
6 T melted butter
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes in half, spread cut side with mustard; sprinkle w/salt, pepper to taste.
Combine butter, breadcrumbs and cheese. Spoon crumb mixture on top of each tomato half. Broil until crumbs are brown and tomatoes are tender.
