1 bunch asparagus spears, trimmed and blanched
3 c. snap peas, blanched
4 T. butter
1 lemon, zested
1 red pepper, sliced into sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter in a large saute pan. Once hot, add the asparagus, red pepper and saute for 4 minutes. Add the snap peas and continue to cook until all the vegetables are tender. As the vegetables are about to finish, add the zest, toss to coat and serve.
