1 1/3 cup flour
3 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs with the yolk and whites separated
1 cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, sugar in a large bowl
Add the 2 egg yolks to the flour mixture
Stir in milk and melted butter
Beat the 2 egg whites, then add to the flour mixture
Heat a pan or griddle
pour 1/4 cup of pancake mixture onto hot griddle
Flip when the edges are brown and bubbles form
Serve with warm syrup
