3 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 Tbl plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup toffee bits
2 cups whipping cream
1/8 cup (1/4 stick) melted butter
additional sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease 2 large cookie sheets. Dump all dry ingredients into large bowl. Stir and set aside. In another bowl, beat whipping cream till stiff peaks form. Gently stir whipped cream into dry ingredients. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead gently till soft dough forms. (about 2 minutes) Form dough into 2 large balls. Pat down till 1 1/4 inch thick. Cut dough into wedges or circles and place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with additional sugar. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Optional Ingredients: raisins, dried cranberries, cinnamon .
