4 ounces thick chipped beef
2 tablespoons butter.
1 1/2 cups white sauce (or one 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup)
1 (8 ounce). package uncooked wide egg noodles
1 (4 ounce) can canned sliced mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) jar pimento, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup diced Velveeta cheese
4-6 Saltine crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In skillet, cook chipped beef in butter. Stir in white sauce or soup.

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Place noodles in buttered casserole dish. Add chipped beef mixture, mushrooms, chopped pimento, onion and cheese. Toss to combine ingredients.

Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
