1 medium head white cabbage, grated or shredded
1 small head red cabbage, grated or shredded
1 large onion, grated or shredded
3-4 large carrots, peeled, grated or shredded
DRESSING:
1 ˝ cups mayonnaise
˝ cup apple cider vinegar
˝ cup sugar
1-2 tsp. dill seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl with plenty of room for mixing. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients for the dressing—check for taste. Dress the veggies and combine well. If it’s too dry, mix up a little more dressing and add. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
