3 tbsp flour 1 tsp dry mustard ½ tsp salt 1 ½ lb of ½ inch thick steak
2 tbsp oil 1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes 2 cloves garlic
1 c water 1 large onion 1 large green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, mustard, and salt; sprinkle 1 side of beef with the flour mixture, pound in. Turn beef and pound in remaining flour mixture. Cut into 6 pieces, cook over medium heat until browned. Add tomatoes and garlic, heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour. About 15 minutes before serving, add water, onion, and green pepper, heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover until vegetables are tender, about 5 to 8 minutes.
