1 ½ to 2 lb ground round 1 6 oz. can tomato paste 4 tbsp oil 1 tbsp chili powder
2 env. Onion soup mix 1 tbsp cumin powder 2 c black coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 ½ to 2 lbs of ground round in 4 tbsp oil till pink color disappears, crumbling with back of fork. Stir in onion soup mix, black coffee, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin powder. Turn heat to low and stir occasionally, letting mixture cook, uncovered 10 minutes. Remove 1 cup of this mixture and put through a blender at high speed till smooth as a cement mortar; return mixture in pan. Heat about 30 minutes, then serve in bowls, on buns, over grilled hot dogs on buns. Serves 6 satisfactorily.
