Ingredients:  
1 can (40 oz) cut sweet potatoes in light syrup ¾ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp salt
15 regular size marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Drain sweet potatoes in colander; discard syrup. Place potatoes in bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon and salt over potatoes. Mash until smooth. Spoon mixture into oven safe pie plate. Place marshmallows on their sides around edge of pie plate, on top of potatoes. Bake 14-16 minutes or until potatoes are heated through and marshmallows are puffed and toasted brown.
