Dough:4 sticks margarine ,4 c flour, 1 lb cottage cheese, Topping: 2 tsp cinnamon, ¾ c chopped nuts, 1 ½ c brown sugar, Frosting: Powdered sugar, Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and cottage cheese. Add flour and mix lightly with hands. Roll into 4 equal balls and refrigerate at least 1 hr. Mix topping ingredients and set aside. Roll out 1 ball of dough on floured surface into a 16 inch circle. Sprinkle dough with ¼ of topping to cover. Cut into 16 wedges like a pizza. Roll up each wedge starting at the outside edge rolling toward center. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with the powder sugar frosting when cool.
