Gallon zip lock bag
Quart zip lock bag
Two trays of ice
6 tbs rock salt
1 c half and half
3 tsp vanilla
3 tbs sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In quart bag put half and half, sugar, vanilla, zip tight. Put quart bag in gallon bag and add two trays of ice and rock salt. Zip gallon bag tight and shake for 5 minutes. If you want thicker put in freezer after shaking for about one hour. Check at one half hour for desired thickness of ice cream. You can add fruit before shaking if you want flavored ice cream.
