1 large(family size) package strawberry gelatin.
2 c boiling water
2 c frozen strawberries – thawed and drained (keep syrup from berries)
8 oz of cream cheese at room temp
¼ c of mayonnaise
¼ c of orange juice
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add syrup from berries. Chill to thick syrupy consistency. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until creamy, add orange juice and mayo. Whip thickened (but not set) gelatin, add cream cheese mixture and strawberries. Mix to blend. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
