Ingredients:  
8 giant Spy or Granny Smith apples – peeled, cored, and sliced.
Mix the following together and pour over the apple slices in a 9 X 13 pan.
1 1/8 C. Brown Sugar 3 T. Flour ¾ t. salt
1 ¼ t. cinammon ¾ t. nutmeg
2 ¼ C. water ¾ stick of melted butter or margarine
TOPPING: Mix the following together well and sprinkle on top:
1 1/8 C. Brown Sugar ½ t. cinammon ½ t. nutmeg
2 ¼ C. flour 2 ¼ C. oats 1 ½ sticks soft margarine

Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour 15 minutes or until apples are tender and top is brown.
