3 whole chicken breasts,
butter,
2 cans cream mushroom soup,
1 regular size can of evaporated milk,
1 C. sherry wine,
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Cornbread stuffing,
5 T. butter,
celery seed (just a little)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts. Pull off bone whilehot. Lay pieces in bottom of oblong dish. Pat with butter. Mix the mushroom soup with the evaporated milk and sherry wine. Pour mixture over the chicken. Prepare the cornbread stuffing with the 5 tbsp. butter and a little water to moisten. Add the little bit of celery seed. Put on top of casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350º
