1 lb box of Large Elbow Macaroni or Ziti
8 oz of Guyere' cheese shredded
8 oz Fontina cheese shredded
8 oz of Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Half and Half
3/4 c heavy cream.
1/2 t. Nutmeg
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta in heavily salted water. Drain. In casserole dish, mix pasta all cheeses, and cream. Stir well. Add nutmeg, and enough half and half to bake loose consistency. Bake in 350 degree oven for approx 30 minutes or until bubbly and turning golden on top.
