1 1/2 C. pumpkin
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 T. flour
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/4 C. milk
1- 6 oz. can evaporated milk
1 T. black strap molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and flour.
Blend the slightly beaten eggs, milk, evaporated milk, and molasses.
Combine the pumpkin mixture with the egg mixture.
Pour into a 9 inch unbaked shell.
Bake at 375º for 50 minutes or until knife inserted half way between the center and outside comes out clean.
Cool before serving.
