1 lb. carrots, peel & cut into 4" x 1/4" sticks
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1 pkg Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400*
In large bowl place carrots and toss with oil.
Mix cornstarch and dressing mix together and sprinkle over carrots in small amounts, tossing carrots, until it looks like enough seasoning.
Spray baking pan and arrange carrots in single layer.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes,depending how cooked you like them, turning every 10 minutes. Remove from the pan immediately.
