1 bag stuffing bread cubes (preferably sage flavored)
1 pkg country sausage mild - browned and drained
3 stalks celery - chopped
1 large onion - chopped
2 nice size granny smith apples
1 can cream of celery soup
large container of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' celery and onion in butter over low heat. Peel and cube apples in small pieces. In a bowl combine stuffing mix, sausage, celery, onion, and apple. Mix together. Combine cream of celery soup, stir until well blended. Pour contents into casserole dish. Take chicken stock, and pour over stuffing until moist and broth level is half way up the stuffing line. Cook 350 degrees for approve 1 hour.
