3 c. sliced peeled apples
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. Bisquik
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine, cut into pieces
3 tbsp. milk
2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the apples, sugar, Bisquik, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Put first pie crust in 9" deep pie plate.

Prick the bottom with a fork.

Add above ingredients.

Put second pie crust on top of filling.

Pinch sides of pie crust to close.

Cut slits in top of second pie crust.

Melt butter and mix with milk. Pour over top.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
