2 Tbsp mayo
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard
1 scallion onion finely diced
1 clove garlic diced finely
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Creole seasoning
1/4 tsp. old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first three ingredients.
Mash onion and garlic with edge of chefs knife. Add to other ingredients. Mix and blend well. Cover and chill in refrigerator till ready to use. Use on any seafood.

Dill Sauce for Salmon
1/4 cup light sour cream; 2 Tbsp finely chopped cucumber; 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tsp minced chives; salt and pepper. Combine all.
