12 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cans Rotel chillies and tomatoes
1 cup cheese, grated
1 pound sausage
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Whisk the eggs and mix in the Rotel. Cook sausage. Once the sausage is drained, place in a 9x13 pan evenly. Then pour the egg and Rotel mixture over the sausage and then top it with the cheese. Bake for 40 minutes
