1 head cauliflower
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. ea: kosher salt and black pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/4 potato flakes
2 Tbsp. garlic
2 tsp. hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the top of garlic till cloves are exposed. Drizzle with Olive Oil and roast garlic in oven for about 40 minutes covered with foil. Steam cauliflower for about 5-7 minutes or till completely cooked through but not mushy. In flood processor or blender, add all ingredients and puree. The potato flakes give it just enough of that potato flavor to make it nice without adding carbs or calories.
