2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
2 cups diced celery
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup hickory smoked almonds, lightly chopped
3 tablespoons grated onion
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.

Stir together all ingredients, except potato chips. Spoon into casserole dish. Top casserole with potato chips. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
