1 gallon of water
2 cups salt
3 cups apple juice
1 cup bourbon
1 tbsp peppercorn
1/2 cup light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In plastic bag, seal turkey in mixture. Keep cool with ice or in refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight. Cook turkey normally.
