1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour

Additional powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and salt, blend thoroughly. Chill dough for 1 hour. Shape into balls and bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
