3 lb. Bottom Round
salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg
2 Tbls flour
1 Tbls oil
4 large onions sliced
1 clove garlic crushed
1 box beef bouillon
2 tbls tomato paste
1 tbls sugar
1 tbls vinegar
1 tsp thyme
4 sprigs parsley,1 bay leaf, 2 celery stalks tied together in a bouquet

Directions:
Directions:
Dust beef with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Brown meat in oil in a Dutch oven and remove. Brown onions and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients and meat in oven. Bake at 350º for 2 1/2 hours.
