1 Tbsp yeast
2 cups milk
½ cup sugar
½ cup oil plus to 2 tbsp
2 eggs
7 cups flour (approximately)

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl add warm milk. Stir in sugar and add yeast. Stir again to dissolve. Add beaten eggs and mix again with spoon. Add ½ cup oil. Mix in 2 cups flour using mixer. Add 2 more cups of flour and mix with hands. Add 1 more cup of flour and kneed.
This may be enough flour, if not use more as needed. Using 2 tbsp oil, pour into a large plastic container and evenly coat all sides. Add dough and roll around to coat. Place lid on. Remove dough and let sit 15 minutes. Make into shapes and place on well greased sheet. Let rise 15- 20 minutes. Bake at 400ºF for 15 to 20 minutes.
