7 cups hot water (not boiling)
½ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tbps. salt
1 cup flaw seed
1 cup Red River cereal (oatmeal)
¾ cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
In 1 cup of hot water, put cereal and flax seed to soak for 5 minutes. Add 6 cups water. Add sugar, oil, salt and eggs. Mix well. Take 2 cups white flour and 2 cups whole wheat flour and mix in 3 tbsp. yeast. Stir into liquids. Beat for 5 minutes. Continue adding the flour (1/2 white and ½ whole wheat) beating well until it reaches kneading condition. Turn onto floured board and kneed for 5 more minutes. Place in a well greased bowl, turning dough over to grease top. Let rise until double. Punch down and lit rise a second time. Divide into 6 loaves, Put into greased pans and let rise. Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes.
