20 cups chunk size zucchini
1 – 48 can pineapple juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. pineapple jello
2 ½ cups white sugar
1 ½ cups lemon juice


Directions:
Directions:
Peel and seed zucchini. Cut into chucks by cutting into long lengths and then into cubes. Put into large kettle and cook until zucchini is clear. Bottle and seal or deep freeze.
