2pkg yeast
2 cups milk
½ cup oil
15 egg yolks
1 ½ cups icing sugar
2tsp salt
8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, oil in large bowl, beat egg yolks and icing sugar into it. Put half the flour, mix then add the yeast. Let stand a few minutes. Then add the rest of the flour. Let rise. Put in pans and bake for 40 minutes. When baked, brush with butter while still warm.
I remember coming home from school and the kitchen and dining room tables being full with Easter bread, paska and buns!
