black and green olives (pitted)
12 oz jar of pepperoncini
3 celery stalks, sliced
1 cucumber (cut out seeds)
1" chunk of sharp provolone
1" chunk of Hormel Delusso salami
mixed lettuces

Dressing
½ cup white wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
pepperoncini liquid
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables into bite size pieces.Cube the meat and cheese. Marinate all ingredients overnight in the dressing (except lettuce). Just before serving, add boston, romaine, baby greens, curly green lettuces.Enjoy !

Options: Add ham, pepperoni or red onion, grape tomatoes, roasted red pepper
