Ingredients for Crust:
1 Chocolate Pie Crust (buy it) OR
1 ½ cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup melted butter


Ingredients for Filling:
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
6 tablespoons water
½ cup sugar
Dash of salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons butter

Directions for Crust:
1. Push ingredients hard into pie plate.
2. Bake at 375˚ F for 5-8 minutes and let cool.


Directions for Filling:
1. Stir chocolate, water, sugar, salt, vanilla and butter over heat until melted.
2. Put on top of crust and chill.
3. Top with ½ gallon (or less) softened vanilla ice cream.
4. Return to freezer.
5. Remove a few minutes before serving.
