1 5lb. trimmed brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
garlic salt
onion flakes
1 sm. bottle Worchestershie
1 bottle Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 c. reg. b-b-q-sauce
1 lg cooking bag

combine in saucepan all ingredients except brisket. Simmer to meld together.
Put brisket in cooking bag according to bag directions. Pour sauce into bag and close.I use my roasting pan for bagged brisket. Cut small vents in top of bag and bake 6 hours in 250 oven.

Personal Notes:
Make sure oven is at 250. Any higher and you will have an inedible brick of meat! Bobby increased the heat without telling me and after a couple of hours out on the boat, we came back to having no meat to eat!
