1 Lemon Cake Mix
1 3-4 oz. pkg instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tblsp poppy seeds
2 tblsp sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients, beat on medium speed until blended. Stir in pecans and seeds. Pour batter into 3 small bread pans. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes. Top with foil after 30 minutes of baking.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Combine sugar and lemon juice. Brush over cakes and let cool completely on wire rack.
