2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
2 large bananas
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten egg and mashed bananas. Stir in the flour. Add nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 50 minutes. Cool overnight to let flavor ripen. This can be eaten plain or sliced thin for party sandwiches.
