4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons sugar
2 fresh eggs, slightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups milk plus 2 tablespoons

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Mix together eggs, vanilla, and milk and add to dry mixture. Mix only until dry ingredients are combined with wet ingredients. Fry in pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
