3/4 stick margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1 uncooked deep dish pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Blend margarine, sugar, eggs vanilla and vinegar. Add pecans, coconut and raisins, mixing thoroughly. pour into pie crust and bake in a 325º oven for 50 minutes.
