Preheat oven to 325º.

In a 8 cup measuring pitcher, place:
6 eggs
1 1/4 cups of sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs and sugar until light and pale yellow. Whisk in whole milk to the brim of the 8 cup measuring bowl.

Pour custard mixture into individual ramekins
Sprinkle with nutmeg

Water Bath:
Place ramekins in a casserole dish with 2" lips on the side and pour hot water halfway up the outside of the ramekins, being careful not to get the water in the custards.

Bake for about 1 hour. Let cool to room temperature. Enjoy warm or cold.
