Chicken breast, green and/or yellow and/ or red peppers, onion, shredded cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and any other vegetable you would like.

Sauce....can of beef or chicken broth, soya sauce to your taste, 2 to 3 tbsp brown sugar, cornstarch.

Cut chicken in strips and fry in a little oil. When brown add vegetables and cover for a while and allow to steam. Do so until vegetables are softened to your preference. Combine broth, soya sauce, brown sugar and mix well. Thicken with cornstarch and add to the stir fry until thickened. Serve with rice.

Delicious, nutritious, quick meal.

The worse thing I find about stir-fries is when people pick through it and take only certain veggies. Soooo childish, don't you think??
