1 mango, peeled, cut into 1/4" cubes
1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
2 kiwi, peeled and diced
1/4 c. sliced green onion
2 T. snipped fresh cilantro
1 lime
1 sm. jalopeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 can (8 oz,) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare all fruit, onions, peppers and cilantro. Zest lime to measure 1 t. zest and juice lime to measure 1 T. juice. Chop jalapeno pepper.

In a mixing bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, kiwi, green onions, cilantro, lime zest and juice, jalapeno and pineapple; mix gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
