9 C Flour (Bread flour, preferred)
1 1/2 C Scalded Milk
1 1/2 C Water, warm
8 T Sugar
1 1/2 T Salt
3 pkg Yeast
4 Eggs
Large Tupperware Bowl
3 or 4 large loaf pans, greased

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bowl, make well in center. Combine water, milk sugar, salt and eggs in 4 C measuring cup. Whip. Pour yeast on top. Let stand 2-5 min. Pour mixture in well. DO NOT MIX IN THE FLOUR.
Put lid on bowl and let stand til pops (or 20 Mins).
Mix all. Put lid back on. Raise 1 hr. Punch dough down 4 times. Separate in 3-4 balls. Place on floured cotton towel. Put empty bowl on top of balls. Let stand 20 min. Knead each section. Shape in loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Raise 1 hr. Put in 375-525º oven and bake 20 mins or til brown on top. Brush butter on top.

I got this recipe back in the 70's from my tupperware lady and haven't seen it since.
