Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked cornbread
3-4 slices white bread.
1 quart chicken stock or more
6 eggs
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cups green onions
salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble cornbread in large mixing bowl. Crumble in 3-4 slices of white bread. Microwave celery and green onion together to tenderize about 10 minutes. Add the celery, green onions, chicken broth and eggs. Add more broth as needed. I make mine on the soupy side. After all is mixed, pour into large deep baking pan. Bake 350 for about 1 hour or less. You may stir it about half way thru baking time. Stir from sides of pan as it starts getting done around edges first. Don't brown too much -makes it too dry. Also if not baking whole turkey, cook some chicken breasts and tear into pieces and stick down in dressing.
