1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
3 T. chopped onion
1 T. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground turkey
8 oz. bulk pork sausage
3/4 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/8 c. catsup

In bowl, combine egg, milk, stuffing mix, onion, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Add ground turkey and sausage, mix well. Divide mixture in half. Shape each half into a loaf. Place loaves in a shallow greased baking pan. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 45 min. Drain excess fat. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and catsup. Cook and stir until heated through. Spoon some of the sauce over the loaves, bake 15 min. longer. Place loaves on heated plater. Pass the heated remaining sauce with turkey loaves. Yield: 6 servings.
