2-3 green onions
3 tbsp parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. bisquick
3 to 4 c. zucchini slice thin

Beat 4 eggs slightly and then add the rest of ingredients.

Bake in greased 9x13" pan at 350º for 50 minutes or till golden brown
