1 lg. and 1 small can diced tomatoes (spiced are better) with liquid
1 large can red kidney beans rinsed and drained
2 cans beef broth
1 ring of Kelbasi sausage (about a pound) cut lengthwise then crosscut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 med. diced bell pepper
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped carrots (optional)
1 can Italian green beans, drained
2 large baking potatoes cut in 1/2-inch cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot for 8 hours on low and 4 hours on high. You can also jump start in the microwave by cooking it covered on high for 20 min.

I buy an extra can or 2 of beef broth in case it evaporates. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper on top.
