Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 cans Doxie minced clams
2 doz. "Little Neck" clams
1 lb. angel hair pasta (or other pasta)
1/2 lb. butter
minced garlic
fresh parsley
olive oil
4 tbs. grated Romano cheese
crushed hot pepper seeds or flakes
1 bottle clam juice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and steam clams until they open. In medium pan over medium heat, saute garlic, parsley and pepper seeds in butter and about 6 tbsp. of olive oil. Be careful not to burn. Add in canned clams and clam juice and stir until hot - do not boil.
Cook pasta to taste, rinse and drain. Heat water in microwave to rinse and keep pasta hot. Pasta must be rinsed to keep sauce clear.
Add clams over pasta in large bowl. Add about 4 tbsp. grated cheese into clam sauce, pour over past and clams. Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Cheesey garlic bread is a nice addition with this. For red sauce, add a jar of your favorite variety or about a pint of homemade sauce.
